This past summer, one of our most valued colleagues in the Fox School of Business, Jackie Arnold, had her life change instantly, as she and her family suffered the tragic loss of her 23-year-old daughter, Arnesha. Only a few weeks after Arnesha delivered a beautiful baby girl, Makayla, she died of complications from influenza and double pneumonia. Leaving behind the brand new baby, as well as a 5-year-old son, Nashir, Jackie will step in to care for her wonderful grandchildren. As Jackie’s heart will continue to heal with each new day, the financial obligations of raising two small children are immeasurable. Therefore, our goal is to raise $5000. The Sigma Chapter of Temple University is proud to choose the Mack Walker Foundation as our charity of the year, as we hope to make as much as a difference as we can in this ongoing challenge for Jackie and her family.
